  • This venture is the effort of one individual in his basement home office- fuelled by the synergy between two hobbies- stamp collecting and computer graphics.  Much of the work was done late into the night after the kids went to bed.  The "we" refers to me and my computer- the team that built this site and will hopefully keep it up.  Bear with any errors & omissions and do email us about the same- it will get fixed in due time.  I apologize for any delays- I do have a day-time job that's very demanding!

  • This site is maintained using Microsoft® FrontPage 2002 on an Intel 1.1GHz Celeron desktop with Microsoft®  Windows XP Professional O/S and checked with the Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0 browser.  A 17-inch monitor with resolution of 1280x1024 and True Color (24-bit) was used during development and testing.  The site does use frames, JavaScript and Dynamic HTML, in keeping with current trends in the design of graphic WebPages.
